US intercepts two Russian bombers off Alaska's coast

The U.S. military says it intercepted 2 Russian bombers in international airspace off Alaska's coast.
Navy Commander Gary Ross, a Pentagon spokesperson, says a combine of F-22 bird craft intercepted the Russian TU-95 Bear bombers on weekday.

Ross says the intercept was "safe and skilled."
North American Aerospace part Defense Command monitors air approaches to North America and defends the airspace.


Fox News same Tuesday the Russian planes flew inside a hundred miles (160 kilometers) of Alaska's Kodiak Island.

It same the American jets escorted the Russian bombers for twelve minutes. The bombers then flew back to Russian eastern aerospace.This incident occurs when a escalation is growing up in Korean Peninsula.
